Responsibilities:
- Support the management and develop Aerospace and Defense Vertical in Poland.
- Sale Air & Sea transport product.
- Development of Aerospace & Defense Accounts and enhance DSV position towards the industries and meet objectives.
- Plan and manage Aerospace and Defense Pipeline.
- Build up proactive sales approach towards defined targets.
- Manage direct or indirect Global Bid together with TM/Price Desk and additional resources.
- Active acquisition of new customers in Poland.
- Build long-term cooperation with clients.
- Prepare offers and conduct negotiations.
- Search for optimal solutions for customers.
- Build a positive image of the company.
- Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
- Ensure 100% MSD compliance on quality and timeliness of input.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of overall industry experience.
- Practical knowledge of air & sea transport product.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Customer orientation.
- Highly developed negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
- Independence and conscientiousness.
- Readiness to travel abroad.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Driving license.
