We have been in existence for over three years and are an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia.

We work with clients worldwide, building projects from scratch or in part, focusing on UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile solutions. Our goal is to ensure a diverse range of projects and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for developing business by finding new clients for our IT services, targeting the DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics regions.
  • You will shape our business development strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's vision.
  • You will conduct meetings with Clients, presenting our portfolio and showcasing our capabilities.
  • You will prepare offers and negotiate contracts, fostering strong relationships with our clients.
  • You will contribute to marketing content creation, highlighting our portfolio and expertise.
  • You will represent People More at conferences and events, promoting our brand and values.
Requirements:
  • You should have experience selling outsourced IT services, preferably in a software house environment.
  • Polish and English proficiency (C1 preferred).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
  • An open, positive, and client-oriented mindset.
  • A good understanding of global business.
  • Experience dealing with client-facing commercial topics like business development, account management, sales, bid management, negotiations, etc., especially in Software House.
  • A willingness to travel.
