Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in our sales process and business development initiatives, contributing to the successful implementation of technology solutions that support automation in various industries.

Anyone interested in learning about business development, sales, administration, and how to execute the full B2B sales cycle in the IT sector is encouraged to apply

Detailed duties:

  1. Building a database of new clients through outbound activities (LinkedIn, cold-calling);
  2. Collaborating with the Business Development Team to identify potential clients;
  3. Conducting online conversations with clients in Polish and English (via e-mails and chat);
  4. Monitoring the market, analyzing client needs, and keeping track of competitors;
  5. Representing the company at conferences and industry events;
  6. Creating databases for marketing activities, such as organizing webinars;
  7. Supporting other administrative and marketing activities.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or Call Center roles;
  2. Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1);
  3. Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, MS Office, and research techniques;
  4. Knowledge of prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Cold Mail Automation, Prospect searching tools, HubSpot);
  5. Ability to identify clients' needs in the early stages of the sales process;
  6. Willingness to work in a flexible hybrid model from an office located in Kraków.

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva);
  2. Familiarity with the IT market and technology sales.
