Keepit is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team.
We're experiencing rapid growth and are determined to use our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup Services for Office 365, Azure AD, Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google to a global audience. To do that, our revenue generating teams need updated and enriched lists of potential customers and therefore, we are looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist to conduct market research and join our Global Revenue Operations team.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will support the sales and marketing teams to validate, enrich and refine leads to assist in building a strong pipeline of new customers, and take ownership of a range of projects in coordination with our global team, thus participating as part of our global Revenue Operations team. This includes taking part in updating and maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data and monitoring the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns with recommendations for optimizing, along with providing support to the sales representatives across the regions when needed.
Central tasks for this position will be:
- Supporting the marketing and sales teams across regions by conducting research to gather industry insights and relevant data for targeted account lists.
- Identifying and verifying key decision-makers within target companies.
- Validating to build a strong pipeline of new customers in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to target account lists.
- Maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data by updating contact details, and account information, and gathering relevant insights.
- Providing insights and recommendations for optimization by continuously measuring the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns.
You will join our growing Revenue Operations Team of skilled sales professionals and tech entrepreneurs, reporting to Keepit's Market Research Team Leader, Enrika Grečukas. - Marketing Tools and Research Platforms: A vital part of this role involves conducting comprehensive research to provide relevant insights that support the marketing field. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of Excel and Salesforce. A strong candidate will also be familiar with tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, LeanData, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with other research platforms.
- Market development: The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the marketing field. Experience with account-based marketing and market research is a major asset.
- Analytical Skills: We are seeking a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, who is detail-oriented and capable of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making. Furthermore, the candidate should have experience handling missing data in Excel and can think outside the box to address potential challenges related to data-enrichment in preparing for ABM campaigns.
- Project Management: In this role, you will be handling multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a candidate that can work proactively and with the ability to work independently on projects as well as part of a team. You will be taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as key stakeholders, to define ideal customer profiles and provide insights for optimization.
