We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Project Lead to join our team at ING Hubs Poland. As an IT Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.

About Us
Our squad provides end-to-end project management in the IT security area, following an Agile approach and mindset. We cooperate within the whole ING Group, working towards a common goal.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Travel - as required for project needs and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as Project Manager (planning, managing and implementing projects), preferably in the IT field.
- International project-experience is a must-have.
- Proficient in English and confident in presenting and reporting to a broader, diverse audience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and have a structured way of working, combined with flexibility and organizational skills.
- Very good proficiency with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.

Bonus Points
- Experience with and understanding of IT Security topics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate.
- Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques.
- Degree/training/comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
