European Sales and Partnership Developer

About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and plans to drive business growth. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, schedule meetings and conferences with new partners in the European Market, assist in creating offers for key accounts, expand Dream Machines' portfolio on partner platforms, monitor and resolve open support issues, and update products and listings in online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
- Schedule meetings and conferences with new partners in the European Market to identify potential collaborations and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized offers for key accounts that meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Expand Dream Machines' portfolio on partner platforms to increase brand visibility and reach a broader audience.
- Ensure timely resolution of open support issues to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Update products and listings in online marketplaces (Newegg, Amazon, Selling Pilot, etc.) to reflect changes and improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT/Gaming industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the IT/Gaming market and modern trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with global customers and partners.
- Completion of studies in management/sales/marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to quickly understand and complete tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Willingness to learn and develop to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Ability to work in a team, be responsible, and have good organization to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
