We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our dedicated team in the life sciences sector. This is a temporary, full-time role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working pattern - only 8 days a month in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high levels of service in every interaction.
  2. Take ownership of inquiries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
  3. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Experience Centre.
  4. Train and guide team members in specific areas over time.
  5. Contribute to gathering user feedback for service development.
