About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Study Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical studies from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the delivery of clinical studies to time, cost, and quality.
  • To lead cross-functional teams to achieve study objectives.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve study efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To identify and mitigate risks, ensuring study compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To manage study budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • To communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience from within the pharmaceutical industry or similar organization or academic experience, preferably of at least 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH/GCP.
  • University degree (or equivalent), preferably in medical or biological sciences or discipline associated with clinical research.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate as well as work independently.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Computer proficiency, advanced computer skills in day-to-day tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
