We are a global leader in healthy, safe, sustainable, and intelligent building and cold chain solutions. Our sales team is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their ranks. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue streams through your expertise and relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain direct business relationships with key end-users and national accounts
  • Lead complex negotiations and define value propositions to improve the company's position and ensure long-term contracts
  • Develop and implement sales action plans to drive business growth and revenue streams
  • Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of sales management experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English
