Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Director of Procurement to lead our purchasing team and drive strategic growth in the sportswear market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category management strategies to optimize product selection and reduce costs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive purchasing conditions and ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product availability and quality across all channels.
  • Build and manage a strong purchasing team, providing direction, training, and career development opportunities.
  • Implement and optimize purchasing tools to improve workflow and increase team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in generating cost savings through strategic negotiations and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, supply chain management).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Magento, ERP NAVIERO, or SUBIEKT GP is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus structure (20% yearly bonus): KPIs must be met to receive the bonus.
