We're seeking an expert in digital marketing operations to join our 15-person global marketing team. As a key member, you'll own and optimize our marketing automation efforts with Marketo and Salesforce.
Responsibilities- Owning end-to-end Marketo setup and optimization: uploading leads, campaign configuration, segmentation, lead lifecycle management, nurture flows, lead scoring, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Ensuring seamless integration and data synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce, guaranteeing accurate, real-time data flow for leads, contacts, and campaign attribution.
- Developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to identify funnel bottlenecks, monitor lead quality, and optimize handoff to sales teams.
- Streamlining process automation by identifying and implementing improvements in data hygiene, segmentation, lead routing, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Evaluating and implementing AI-enhanced workflows to increase efficiency and scalability, leveraging tools like chatbots, enrichment, scoring, and workflows.
- Maintaining QA and governance standards, ensuring marketing programs adhere to internal naming conventions, logic, and tracking standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo (not agency-side).
- 2+ years working with Salesforce in tandem with Marketo.
- Proven track record of collaborating directly with demand generation, content, and sales operations teams within a B2B marketing environment.
- Experience automating marketing or sales workflows using tools like RevenueHero, Zoominfo, Zapier, ChatGPT, CustomGPTs, or similar platforms.
- Fluent, professional-level English for day-to-day collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Experience with Marketo API or middleware tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Tray.io.
