  • Stakeholder management: Develop positive relationships with leaders and colleagues across your area of responsibility. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the business model and how to consult on HR solutions within the context of desired results and performance.
  • HR Solutions: Develop a broad understanding of HR solutions and execute HR initiatives aligned with the business, including Performance Reward Management, Talent Review and Planning, Engagement Analysis and Planning, Workforce planning process, Organization Design, Employee Relations, Rewards and Recognition, and Large scale business transformations.
  • Talent Management and Organization Design: Partner leaders and managers on recruiting, talent development, and retention efforts to ensure we have the human capital needed to improve and grow the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in HR
  • People Business Partner experience within Corporate environment
  • Solid knowledge and experience in employment relations, performance appraisal, HR administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, development, engagement, and talent development
  • Knowledge of employee relations and employment law in Poland
  • Managing partner relationships across levels and in a sophisticated matrix structure
