About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to drive efficient support services and showcase your analytical skills. Your key responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, managing procurement and inventory, overseeing mobile device management processes, and coordinating access control and CCTV systems.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks and activities for the ABB HUB population
  • Manage procurement and inventory for IT and non-IT equipment within internal systems
  • Oversee mobile device management processes, including telephony services and invoice reconciliation
  • Coordinate and manage access control and CCTV systems, including the maintenance of access control cards
About You

We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses advanced skills in organizational management, communication, and effective prioritization of tasks. You should have 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Specialist and be proficient in both Polish and English. Familiarity with Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is highly desirable.

You must be a problem-solver who thrives in process-oriented environments, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is essential, and you should be passionate about continuous learning and maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
