About the Job Description

The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis and management, with the ability to quickly develop or enhance the following skills:

  • Report and analysis preparation: preparing and developing reports, presentations, and business analyses based on team needs and specific requirements
  • Power BI expertise: designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze data effectively
  • SharePoint and Power Apps administration: developing and managing the internal SharePoint platform, including SharePoint lists and associated Power Apps, with a focus on Power Automate
About Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional individual who excels in administrative processes and enjoys working in dynamic and structured environments, particularly within the professional services or operations sector. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Specialist, demonstrating advanced skills in organizational management, communication, and effective prioritization of tasks.

The successful candidate should be proficient in both Polish and English, with a strong academic foundation in a relevant field. Familiarity with Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is highly desirable.

You should be a problem-solver who thrives in process-oriented environments, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is essential, and you should be passionate about continuous learning and maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
