  • We're looking for an exceptional Cash Management Specialist to join our team
  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has strong analytical skills.
  • You will be responsible for daily cash applications via lockbox, ACH wires, and manual entries.
  • In addition to processing refunds to customers, you will also balance cash received on a daily and monthly basis.
  • As a Cash Management Specialist, you will work closely with various business units to clarify cash received and how it needs to be applied.
  • You will also support the implementation of new accounting software, providing input, testing functionalities, and identifying potential improvements.
  • Your critical thinking skills and ability to use your own judgment will be valuable assets in this role.
  • You will handle customer inquiries and provide information, participate in month-end closing activities, and complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
