Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to achieve high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor shipment history and resolve discrepancies
  • Enter data into our system
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Generate reports on department performance
  • Manage return service documents
  • Process shipments with cash on delivery and invoice payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of English language (A2 level or higher)
