Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Expert - Insurance Services to join our team at People More. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end migration process of various business services, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Develop and implement detailed transition plans, timelines, and roadmaps to ensure alignment with overall project objectives and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure all needs are met during the transition.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the transition, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Process Improvement: Ensure that processes being migrated are optimized for efficiency and implement best practices where necessary.
• Budget Management: Manage transition budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adaptation to new processes, systems, and workflows for all involved teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report progress against key milestones and success metrics, addressing any deviations in a timely manner.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the transition, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in transition management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on migrating operations or services to shared service centers.
• A proven track record of managing complex, large-scale transitions. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is an asset.
• A proven ability to conduct in-depth feasibility studies, develop business cases, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in change management principles and practices, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption during transitions.
• A strong understanding of insurance operations, including back-office functions, IT, HR, or finance services.
• The ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead teams across multiple geographies.
• Experience in navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in transition management tools, project management software, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working in a global organization, with a clear understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work with international teams.
• Very good English (min. C1)
• German is a plus
