Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Mondelēz International. In this role, you will be responsible for the production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets.


About This Role



  • You will conduct mid- and long-term planning through to finite scheduling.
  • You will work closely with plant operations, suppliers and demand to ensure a proper flow of information and operational execution.
  • You will develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally.
  • You will meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives.
  • You will perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
  • You will maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning.
  • You will deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans by using system tools.
  • You will support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs.

Requirements



  • You must have experience in Customer Service & Logistics area, preferably in production planning.
  • You must have experience in FMCG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint, will be a plus.
  • You must be able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan.
  • You must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data.
  • You must be a team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.
  • You must have fluency in English.
  • You must have knowledge of SAP & MS Excel.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
