- Ensure Effective Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on production execution status and key metrics, acting as a central communication bridge between business units, IT development teams, and operations.
- Coordinate Issue Resolution: Collaborate with business units and IT capabilities to resolve product issues.
- Validate Changes: Validate, approve, and act as a gatekeeper for changes to the production environment.
Requirements
- Leadership experience: Minimum 3-4 years of team leadership in IT operations.
- Technical skills: Proficient in SQL, Hadoop, and Banking.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
