Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Accounts Director. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key customers in the CE cluster, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

About the Role
  • Foster Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers in the CE cluster, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Customer Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with customers, ensuring timely execution and adherence to terms.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, R&D, OSCO, Pricing, Finance, and Forecasting teams to ensure alignment and prioritization in serving customers.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in commercial B2B or FMCG environments, with a strong focus on sales and customer relationships.
  • Languages: Polish and English essential, additional languages an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Google applications, Salesforce, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the chocolate industry, including capabilities, products, and innovation, as well as knowledge of budgetary control and pricing mechanisms.
