The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through the development and execution of inbound and outbound sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies, primarily targeting Polish clients with occasional international engagements
  • Qualify prospects using a structured discovery process, identifying pain points and ensuring alignment with our expertise
  • Manage contract negotiations, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial and feasible (technically & financially)
