Key Responsibilities- Master Workday HCM product configuration knowledge within assigned areas
- Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all customer engagements
- Work with customers and our Data Conversion Consulting team to convert legacy data into Workday
- Work with customers and our Integration Consulting team to gather and specify requirements for integrations between Workday and other systems
- Share knowledge and experience with fellow Workmates as a coach or mentor
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HCM software implementation professional who has a successful track record in HCM software implementation, including being accountable for requirements gathering. You should have a good understanding of how businesses operate in at least one industry and be able to turn problem statements into software configuration recommendations for your customers. You should also be able to take ownership, drive relevant discussions, and effectively propose solutions.
Requirements- 5+ years of functional consulting delivery experience in HCM software implementation working with platforms such as Workday or similar
- Able to drive conversations with stakeholders about business challenges and recommend configuration solutions to support objectives and value realization
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
