Executive Assistant in HR and Corporate Affairs

Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing personal files of Frontex staff, encoding data in HR information systems, assisting with onboarding new employees, preparing certificates and documents, and monitoring mailboxes. They will also provide administrative support with general procedures and tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Secondary education related to business needs;
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area;
- Very good skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Very good command of written and spoken English (B2) / knowledge of additional EU language.
