The hub consists of 300 professionals who work in a hybrid way to foster collaboration and strengthen team spirit using specially designed office areas.

Job Role

This role involves managing European Supply Chain costs related to customs and sustainability fees and taxes. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and financial controlling knowledge, as well as experience in building up or transforming processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Calculate environmental & health fees, submit periodic declarations, and manage payments.
  • Communicate financial results and variance analysis towards stakeholders.
  • Support month-end closure process through cost controlling activities.
  • Transfer Prices calculation.
  • Forecasting.
  • Knowledge transfer of processes performed by country local teams.
  • Establish processes related to newly implemented legislations in cooperation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Harmonize and standardize existing and centralized processes.
  • Analyze data quality on Supply Chain costs and Bills of Materials, requesting adjustments from Masterdata and Quality teams.
  • Work with big data sets.
  • Participate in projects (e.g., automation of processes).
  • Participate in audits.
  • Update procedures, operation instructions, and other documentation with process scope.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Global Indirect Tax, R&D, Legal, External affairs, D&A, Finance Business Partners, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain).

Requirements:

  • Finance graduate with at least 3-4 years of experience in Finance department.
  • Experience in an independent position.
  • Experience in building up or transforming processes.
  • Project Management, knowledge transfer, or team leading experience would be an advantage.
