Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of ATMs and other goods to our operations within and outside the EMEA region. The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct RFx processes to identify suitable vendors
  • Support the procurement process for goods and services, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management
  • Create orders in the internal Procurement System, follow up on approval processes, and release orders with vendors
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process
  • Verify internal goods stock and manage its movement between countries
  • Cooperate with vendors on a daily basis
  • Maintain various databases, prepare reports, summaries, and overviews
  • Evaluate and report on KPIs
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report to the Procurement Manager
