We are seeking a Logistics Process Improvement Expert to join our team at Trimble Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to driving business growth by improving operational processes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Project management and BAI task execution in JIRA.
  • Change request task execution in JIRA for both internal and external users.
  • Project documentation and client requirement analysis (project details clarification, master data, process flow analysis).
  • Project documentation creation and update (testing scenarios, project transfer checklist).
  • Communication and coordination with departments (Deployment, Operation) and other stakeholders.
  • Clients correspondence via email and participating in regular meetings/calls.
  • Optimization task creation, management, and execution (logic complexity: low to medium).
  • Providing instructions to the Operation Department for further scope processing during the LIVE phase.

Requirements:

  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-discipline for managing work-life responsibilities.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Analysis, Project Management, or similar fields.
  • Data analysis knowledge in logistics environments.
  • International work experience, team collaboration using English.
  • SAP ERP, Transport Management System experience.
  • Atlassian products expertise (Jira, Confluence, Support Desk).
  • Multitasking environment familiarity, context switching skills.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, high stress resistance, prioritization skills.
