We are currently seeking a highly skilled Distinguished Data Management Specialist to join our team in Krakow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and be able to maintain and update data in basic project controls systems. They will also be responsible for reviewing data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy, accomplishing tasks by completing related results as needed, and delivering data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 per year, plus benefits including a hybrid work model, flexible working time, and a benefit package with a Multisport card, life insurance, private medical care, charity initiatives, parking space for employees, and an employee referral program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update data in basic project controls systems
  • Review data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Accomplish tasks by completing related results as needed
  • Delivery of data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines
  • Provide input on data collection that optimize efficiencies and data quality
  • Provide input on design and development of a standard set of SAP templates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • No relevant experience is required, 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages is a plus
