Senior Brand Specialist, Account Management

This role is with Amazon, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Senior Brand Specialist, you will be part of the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services, responsible for managing Amazon AVS vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
- Partner with the Retail Category Team to build successful communication channels and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
- Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
- Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English (C1) and German (B2+, C1 preferred) languages.
- 3-4 years of Account Management/Vendor Management experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups including senior business leaders, finance, HR, and developers.
- Proven track record of delivering results through others in an ambiguous, fast-paced/deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in managing large-scale projects end-to-end with large teams involved.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
