Overview of the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to strengthen our team in Germany. As a key member, you'll support renowned clients across various industries, from research design to delivering insights on tactical and strategic projects. Our research practice offers expert insights across FMCG, healthcare, automotive, technology, financial services, and more. You'll work closely with an Associate Director to drive business growth across the research lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to a wide range of studies, from initial briefs to final client deliveries.
  • Ensure the highest quality, accurate reports are sent to clients within agreed timescales.
  • Develop deep understanding of clients, their markets, and account management.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to create insightful, story-led reports and other outputs meeting client research, commercial, and communication objectives.
  • Deliver professional, authoritative presentations to clients at all levels.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners for effective, timely project delivery.
  • Work with senior team members to develop company initiatives, including new products, analysis techniques, training, and social programs.
  • Coach and manage junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to grow accounts, supporting research proposals and pitches.

Required Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Proven track record in leading projects across various industry sectors.
  • Thorough understanding of advanced statistical techniques, including segmentation and conjoint analysis.
  • Experience in online and mobile research projects.
  • Successful leadership of multi-country, continuous studies, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Native-level German skills (spoken and written) and excellent English skills.
  • Experience in people management, especially for Senior Research Managers.
