This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Advanced Software Engineer.

You will use your software development skills to develop scalable and dynamic web systems within our cloud-based SaaS platform, Relativity.

The system supports integration with multiple search engines, clustering technologies, and client component interaction through web services using newer technologies.

You will design highly distributable systems composed of multiple databases, processing, and web servers within the massive data field.

The Case Strategy product suite empowers case teams to construct winning cases by quickly defining, validating, and presenting their strategy.

Cases are constructed seamlessly into Relativity and its features. The suite consists of aiR for Case Strategy and Transcripts applications.

AiR assists users in collecting, organizing, and analyzing facts, issues, organizations, people, interview questions, and documents.

The Transcripts application gives users the ability to upload, review, code, and annotate Transcript files in Relativity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Relativity's primary product offering.
  • Apply object-oriented analysis (OOA), object-oriented design (OOD), and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles using SOLID principles and design patterns in multiple languages.
  • Participate in our SCRUM process.
  • Improve application system performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues by fixing defects and responding to client-specific problems.
Requirements
  • At least two years of professional experience in software development using C# and Microsoft SQL Server, or related object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience in web development using JavaScript and ASP.NET.
  • Experience in an agile software development team.
  • Experience in CI/CD.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is a plus.

Relativity is committed to competitive and fair compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation including a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between 146,000 and 218,000 PLN.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
