ABB is a leader in shaping the future of electrical networks. We are seeking a talented .Net Developer to join our software development team in Kraków. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support managers in monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with downtime.

About the Team

Our team is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions using agile methodologies. We work in a hybrid model, with regular meetings in the office and collaboration with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance comprehensive software solutions using software engineering principles.
  • Apply software engineering principles for analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing, and debugging of back-end systems based on a distributed cloud architecture.
  • Execute assigned design and development activities focused on building robust, scalable, and efficient back-end solutions in accordance with quality standards.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development and implementation of enterprise-grade scalable cloud solutions.
  • Sound experience in object-oriented programming (C#, .NET) and containerization technology Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Knowledge of basic authentication and authorization principles.
  • Knowledge of the framework for creating APIs and working with databases: ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and its resources: Entra, AppService, ACR.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning tools is a plus.
