About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced OMP Consultant with a strong background in supply chain planning to join Kevin Edward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Planning Expertise: Provide expert knowledge in OMP Demand and Supply Planning solutions, including configuration and customization.
  • Clients' Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and pain points, acting as a business integration consultant to translate these into functional solutions.
  • Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership and executive clients.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure 100% integrity of business processes and data within OMP systems.
  • Project Participation: Participate in all project phases: process analysis, design, validation, and deployment.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop functional specifications and test modifications, interfaces, and reports for seamless integration.
  • Business Workflows: Design business workflows and process documentation to ensure effective project life cycle management.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Serve as a functional liaison, attending key project meetings and collaborating closely with project managers, solution architects, and end-users.
  • Cross-Functional Solutions: Develop and support cross-functional solutions, including integration with SAP ERP and SAP APO.
  • User Training: Conduct user training and knowledge transfer during pre-implementation, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live stages.
  • Project Estimates: Provide accurate project estimates and ensure cost-effective, solution-oriented approaches.

Requirements

  • Experience in OMP: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in OMP implementation and support, especially in Demand and Supply Planning.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong domain knowledge of supply chain planning; certifications in OMP are a plus.
  • Master and Transactional Data: Excellent understanding of master and transactional data for Demand and Supply Planning.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience designing functional and technical specifications, process workflows, and integration solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
  • SAP Integration: Familiarity with Solvers, OPAL, and SAP integration is a plus.
  • Independence and Stakeholder Management: Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • OMP Demand and Supply Planning: Mandatory skill set.
  • SAP ERP and SAP APO Integration: Knowledge of integration points with SAP ERP and SAP APO.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the complexity of the role, the required expertise, and the company's budget.
