About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Portfolio Analysis Senior Expert to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end client service, including comparing client records, flagging discrepancies, and resolving issues. You will also be responsible for direct support of the Front Office, addressing queries, and analyzing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day deliverables, perform checks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues and queries.
  • Work as a subject matter expert on Portfolio Services functions.
  • Assist in gathering and preparing project information by attending and facilitating client and internal meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders to aid successful service delivery.
  • Drive review of Operating Models, Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Act as escalation contact for Client Middle Office Teams on complex queries/issues/breaks requiring end-to-end portfolio services support.
  • Assist in analysis of current/proposed processes and recommend solutions and process improvements.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management, actively working with other team members to build team spirit.
