About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Expert to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Asset Management Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our Asset Manager clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive management of Asset Manager relationships through regular service review and professional communication.
  • Liaise with internal service teams to resolve client inquiries and collaborate on service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate records of research, follow-up, and client interaction.
  • Initiate communication with clients on complex asset servicing matters.
  • Monitor volumes and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Maintain standards of personal and professional performance, ensuring staff accountability and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff on technical, professional, and client issues.
  • Develop and communicate a clear picture of team goals and approaches to business, based on a clear understanding of client requirements.
  • Perform and/or monitor quality and internal controls for all team deliverables.
  • Provide inquiry and operational support to internal and external clients on complex, high-risk asset servicing functions.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business-related degree.
  • Minimum 2+ years of financial services experience, preferably with accounting and custody exposure, and knowledge of financial market activities and transactions.
  • Previous experience in asset management services or investment management services would be an advantage.
  • Former Client service experience would be an advantage.
  • CIMA/CFA accreditation would be an advantage.
  • Very good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent English skills.
