Job Title: Senior Dependency Delivery Manager

At b2bnetwork, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dependency Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Core Banking Program (CBP) roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with surrounding programs/service areas to enable business outcomes associated with the CBP roadmap.
  • Ensure end-to-end orchestration, tracking, scope, risk, and stakeholder management for external delivery.
  • Build trustful relationships with key stakeholders in programs to facilitate successful implementation of CBP roadmap outcomes.
  • Explain CBP roadmap, timelines, milestones, and ways of working to help delivery partners identify impact in service areas.
  • Work closely with CBP blocks/service area and identify all delivery needed dependencies from domains.
  • Align delivery plans with external hubs, technology teams, and business.
  • Ensure other service areas follow CBP's funnel process and timelines for their requests from CBP.
  • Work with domain to secure workforce planning and get commitment to deliver for upcoming PI milestones.
  • Support Dependency Management Capability Owner to update domain budget needs and follow up that budget targets are met.
  • Responsible for internal and external teams' alignment to a common plan. Conduct regular meetings with other programs. Highlight conflicting priorities and escalate these. Identify risks and report these in the CBP risk log. Responsible for supporting work-management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Ensure dependency status, including escalations, is clearly reported and aligned internally and with delivery partners in service areas. Continually work towards making improvements in dependency management process. Responsible for fortnightly Dependency Management Reporting. Support release deployment, offer, and migration plans and activities in collaboration with Release Management and Implementation Teams.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate Klient leadership competences including self-organizing and self-driven, proactive and 'can do' attitude, strong facilitation skills and decision making, conflict resolution, strong problem-solving skills, skillful communicator, professional coaching and mentoring skills, ability to manage and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues, foster collaboration between teams and other stakeholders, have ability to coordinate activities within a large international and distributed teams, are proficient in the planning of long-term work (>1 year out) across multiple, distinct areas, able to work with architects, product managers, product owners, developers, testers, business stakeholders as well as leadership executives, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization and communicate complex topics and recommendations in a clear and understandable way for a wide variety of stakeholders (English), build effective relationships with other team members and stakeholders across the organization, adapt and respond to change and work effectively to resolve ambiguity.
  • 10+ years of related work experience in large-scale transformation programs in the areas of Core Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles.
  • Preferably, 5+ years of experience in delivery lifecycle roles.
  • Preferably, 5+ years of experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SAP.
