About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead our Data Services team in Poland. As a key member of our Amazon MLS Poland Sp. z o.o. - K69 team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Lead a high-performing team, setting performance expectations, and holding them accountable for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement strategic plans, driving key measures and business outcomes.
  • Create a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Implement programs aimed at hiring and developing top talent, building career development roadmaps, and inspiring front-line teams to find creative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a coaching culture, providing formal and informal coaching opportunities, and fostering a work environment that respects and responds to the needs of a diverse staff.
  • Drive site-wide improvements in Operations, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Customer Experience, and People metrics, building partnerships with internal teams to collaborate and drive measurable improvements.
  • Improve the experience of Data Associates and managers, as measured by improvements in attrition and employee engagement surveys.
