Antal Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax declarations to local authorities for countries in scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and safeguard standard and local tax processes in local accounting organizations and SSO, including documentation, ICS-controls, and training material.
  • Actively drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Bayer Group requirements and legal requirements.
  • Participate in Global Expert Network and support business changes, such as implementation of technical enablers and system migrations.
  • Ensure a cross-trained, multi-skilled team and contribute to people development.
  • Provide high-quality process performance and steer individual/team results.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Tax/Fiscal, Accounting, or equivalent education.
  • Several years of professional experience in tax department processes, including team coordination.
  • Profound technical knowledge of Tax Operations, global tax standards, and local specifics.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP modules, such as FI and Subledger.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Bayer tools, including SAP, SSF, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to visualize process from end to end.
  • Management experience, including leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability of target-oriented working with diversified nationalities.
  • Pro-active personality with ability to anticipate change and prepare team for smooth transition.
  • Open and creative problem solver with very good English skills.
