Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall provision of services by vendors, serving as a liaison between partners and vendors, and proactively updating emerging issues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the provision of services by vendors
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and vendors
  • Proactively update emerging issues
  • Optimize program operations
  • Manage account review meetings
  • Ensure agreed deliverables are met
  • Conduct coaching and development of team leads

Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in scalable operations and sales environments
  • Rev Ops Mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
