We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Strategist to optimize our sales processes, ensuring efficient operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and develop internal sales strategies, driving the performance and productivity of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of designated services by vendors, guaranteeing quality and consistency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between partners and vendor development and operations teams.
  • Proactively inform partners about potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Pursue process optimization and quarterly strategic initiatives to enhance program operations.
  • Cultivate and lead all account review meetings, collaborating with relevant managers and operations leads to evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of agreed-upon deliverables that meet quality standards.
  • Provide regular coaching and development for the team lead group.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 7 years of diverse experience in scalable operations and sales environments, encompassing management of both internal and external relationships.
  • Strong RevOps mindset.
  • Excellent cross-functional and regional collaboration skills, adaptable to a fast-paced international environment, with a willingness to share best practices.
  • Strong analytical abilities, combined with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, particularly under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Fluent English proficiency (C1 or above), with additional language proficiency in Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, or German being a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, providing a competitive fixed income. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM, allowing for autonomy to bring innovative ideas to life within a highly motivated team. Additionally, we offer private healthcare and various other benefits.
