Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a visionary Sales Team Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales professionals with Russian language proficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and develop a team of sales advisors, focusing on their growth and performance.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide coaching to improve sales skills.
- Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team.
- Monitor and improve processes for better efficiency.
- Ensure quality across various transaction types, in line with CLOE standards.
- Effectively communicate client or campaign concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Native or fluent Russian language skills, along with a good command of English.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership, managing internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
- A dynamic and determined personality, capable of leading and coaching a team.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales operations and familiarity with sales KPIs.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment.
