We are seeking a visionary Sales Team Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales professionals with Russian language proficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales advisors, focusing on their growth and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide coaching to improve sales skills.
  • Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Monitor and improve processes for better efficiency.
  • Ensure quality across various transaction types, in line with CLOE standards.
  • Effectively communicate client or campaign concerns to the Operations Manager.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Native or fluent Russian language skills, along with a good command of English.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership, managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
  • A dynamic and determined personality, capable of leading and coaching a team.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales operations and familiarity with sales KPIs.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment.
