If so, you may be the ideal candidate for our Field Sales Manager Obesity role, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of care for patients with obesity.

About the Role

As our Field Sales Manager Obesity, you will be responsible for building and sustaining regional market share through effective execution of sales and marketing plans. You will lead and develop a sales team to maximize business potential, working closely with healthcare professionals to educate and support them on best practices, cutting-edge research, and effective treatment methods for obesity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and budgets within national sales strategy
  • Coach and develop sales representatives' competencies through Novo Nordisk's coaching methodology
  • Collect and report data on customers, sales field activities, competitor activities, and healthcare environment developments
  • Effectively allocate sales promotion resources

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the local pharmaceutical market and a solid product portfolio knowledge. You must also possess excellent managerial skills and a team-building personality focused on coaching and leading to drive sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a related field, such as natural science or healthcare
  • Proven experience in sales management in the pharmaceutical industry with a track record of achievements
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Driving license
  • Strong knowledge of English language is preferred
