Job Title: Tax Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Coordinator to join our team at LeasingTeam Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing expert advice on tax planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax calculations, reconciliations, and filings to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Participate in group tax reporting and provide support to the tax team in preparing tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Verify contracts, internal procedures, and transactions to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing tax advisory services to the business, including tax planning and strategy.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and analyze their impact on business practice, working with stakeholders to implement appropriate changes.
  • Prepare applications for tax rulings and other arrangements with tax authorities.
  • Cooperate with tax and customs authorities and support with tax audits, proceedings, and other relevant inspections.
  • Support in preparation of transfer pricing documentation according to local statutory requirements.
  • Support in local and global tax-related projects, such as KSeF implementation and SAFT_CIT.
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures, and JSOX controls.
  • Prepare and conduct trainings for business stakeholders to enhance tax awareness across the organization.

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance or tax specialization.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Polish tax law, with experience in excise duty an advantage.
  • Tax advisor license an advantage.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • Financial, law, and tax technical knowledge.
  • Accounting and SAP knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
