Daily Responsibilities
- Managing client portfolios to ensure timely completion of tasks with high standards.
- Active participation in regular meetings with Global Benefits Consultants to discuss responsibilities and provide progress updates on tasks such as policy renewals, client data monitoring, and report preparation.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, process analysis, and risk identification.
- Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills.
- Language skills: French language required on a communicative level (B2+ minimum).
