Job Description

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing scalable, well-documented web applications using Python (Django) and Next.JS;
  • Collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
  • Exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance development efficiency and application performance;
  • Mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance;
  • Contributing to system design and architecture for robust, scalable solutions;
  • Optimizing performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth application operation;
  • Documenting development processes, including design specifications and implementation details;
  • Upholding best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment;
  • Staying updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive technology stack;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Extensive experience with Python, Next.JS, and full-stack development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript);
  • Proficiency in web architecture (Django, FastAPI), cloud platforms (GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, self-starter attitude;
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently;
  • High ethical standards, a collaborative mindset, and openness to innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
