Customer Service Advisor

Credit Control is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-known automotive brand and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
About the JobYour primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This will involve assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-focused services.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing helpful and informative responses to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating with other teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Staying informed about current market trends to anticipate customer needs and expectations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Dutch (C1+ level)
- Fluency in English (C1+ level)
- Experience in handling customer service tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
