Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at emagine Consulting. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful execution of projects, programmes, and Agile Release Trains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out risk assessments for the overall programme level and ensure they are done on a workstream level, including relevant QRAs/CRMAs.
• Provide status updates on various tools used for regulatory initiatives, mainly Irma and a PowerApp tool developed by Group Regulatory Affairs.
• Govern a traceability matrix that needs to be kept updated for regulatory projects.
• Support the programme manager in driving one of the workstreams.
• Break down DORA legislative articles into internal requirements for conducting a gap analysis.
• Define activities to add to line teams involved and/or existing projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a PMO Specialist on medium to large-scale projects, hubs, or programmes.
• Deep understanding of financial processes and experience in cost estimations, accruals creation, and invoice handling.
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification.
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies.
• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM.

Nice to Have:

• Able to communicate effectively and drive follow-up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Risk Management (QRA, risk analysis and assessment).
• Experience in a regulatory implementation initiative.

Location: Gdynia (hybrid)

Rate: 75-90 PLN/h
