Plant Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Plant Simulation Engineer to join our global SW driven engineering organization. As a key member of our agile teams, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating computer simulations models to support the development and testing of real-time feedback controls systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop virtual test platforms for next-generation vehicle controller testing, including requirement modeling and plant models.
• Integrate, test, and deploy in different domains (ADAS/ AD, Energy, E-powertrain, and Body, Cockpit, and Connected services).
• Set new benchmarks in virtualization technologies, test automation, modeling frameworks, and methodology.
• Advance CI/CD mindset on all abstraction levels from continuous design verification to continuous testing and deployment in highly virtualized environments.
• Design and apply agile methods for new and advanced features, including ADAS and EV systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing virtual test platforms (MIL, SIL, HIL) in automotive applications.
• Experience with model-based development tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
• Good understanding of embedded software development (C, C++), auto code generation process, and tools.
• Experience in at least one scripting language or test automation tool (C/C++, Python, Matlab / SIMULINK, Java).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Linux OS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methods.
• Experience with virtualization, co-simulation, and system integration toolchain (i.e., dSPACE, Model.CONNECT, VDK, Siemens, etc.).
• Experience with Visual Basic and VBnet.
• Experience with AUTOSAR, ADAS, Ethernet interfaces, and modules.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
