Process Modeling and Optimization Strategist

Drive Business Growth through Process Innovation

Lionbridge is seeking a skilled Process Modeling and Optimization Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for process modeling and optimization.
  • Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure active participation of Lionbridge resources in process mapping and development.
  • Support customers with Decision Management, Process, Process Mining, Smart Contract implementation, and RPA technologies.
  • Advocate for the involvement of project managers and SMEs in process mapping to ensure comprehensive understanding of processes.
  • Facilitate BPMN capability building sessions for SMEs, analysts, and business owners.
  • Collaborate with IT resources to provide comprehensive training on workflow possibilities and process optimization technologies.
  • Define and agree on the delivery of As-Is process architecture and subsequent updates with new processes.
  • Facilitate discussions to agree on assumptions for the To-Be state, considering the balance between quick implementation and large-scale process improvement.
  • Implement a system for monitoring progress, conducting regular reviews of progress and results.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update process maps, assigning responsibilities within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process modeling, optimization strategies, and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling methodologies such as BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Camunda BPM for developing process-oriented applications.
  • Experience with Camunda 8.
  • Expertise in process modeling tools and software (e.g., ARIS, Visio, or similar).
  • Proficiency in rules analysis and design, best practice, and standards (DMN).
  • Experience in project management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to test, deploy, monitor, and optimize Camunda BPM processes and applications.
