Job Description
This role involves building strong partnerships with management and employees to foster an engaged and performant workplace. You will be responsible for leading HR activities for our Gdansk site, providing expert guidance on all HR related matters. The full HR employee life cycle for the Poland office including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees, resource planning, talent management, metrics, performance management, benefits, consequential management, health & safety, employee relations etc. will be driven by you. You will identify and deploy solutions to improve HR administration processes, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices in Poland, and bring fresh ideas to the team to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with strong experiences as an autonomous and hands-on HR Generalist in an international environment. Knowledge of HR systems (especially Workday is a strong asset), knowledge of Polish labor legislation, autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced dynamic environment, pro-active mindset and ability to anticipate, proven ability to build relationships, influence, and manage stakeholders, tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, and fluency in English and Polish are mandatory.
