Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and promote training initiatives, including leadership programs and webinars, to foster continuous learning.
  2. Design and implement leadership development programs, assess leadership competencies, and support succession planning efforts.
  3. Build strong relationships with management and employees, fostering trust and collaboration.
  4. Guide managers on team dynamics, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
  5. Support performance management cycles, providing coaching on feedback and identifying solutions for enhancing employee performance.
  6. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with business goals, such as career development and internal mobility programs.
  7. Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  8. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and trial period reviews.
  9. Analyze HR data, identify trends, and propose improvements to align with business objectives.

You may be the perfect fit if you:

  1. Hold a higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
  2. Have a strong focus on learning and development, including leadership programs and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  3. Bring HR expertise with a focus on driving HR solutions and collaborating with senior leaders.
  4. Have strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage complex HR initiatives.
  5. Are skilled in succession planning, leadership development, and identifying skill gaps.
  6. Have experience in change management and leading successful initiatives.
  7. Excel in conflict resolution and acting as a trusted advisor.
  8. Are data-driven, with the ability to use insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
  9. Are a native Polish speaker with fluent English (C1+).

Salary Range:

Contract of Employment: 10,000 - 15,000 PLN gross/month
